All for One Prenatal Pilates classes are small group classes with a maximum of 4 people per class and are designed and run by All for One’s Physiotherapy team so you know you are in the safest hands. The classes are individualised which means that everyone in the class has their own program so that the class is perfectly suited to your individual needs. Your program will be adjusted as your progress through pregnancy so it is always at the right level and matched to your needs.

Abdominal muscle separation is a common worry amongst postnatal Mums. It is often diagnosed soon after they have given birth, by hospital staff, and there are varying amounts of education and follow-up that a Mum will receive.
