Come for the sweat, the music, or to ride the week off; the bike doesn’t ask which. It’ll be fitted to you before your first class, the playlist takes over from there, and how hard you ride is set by a dial only you can see. Chase your edge or cruise behind the beat; the room will never know, and both count. Forty-five minutes later, you’ll walk out lighter than you came in.

New members. 14 days. Every studio class included. Yarraville and Hampton East.

A spin class in progress at All for One

What a class actually looks like

If you’ve never done spin, here’s the shape of it. The music comes up, and you ride to it in intervals your instructor calls: seated climbs, faster stretches, recoveries, with the beat doing most of the pacing for you. It’s the most alive room on the timetable: a playlist built to be ridden, an instructor whose energy carries the room up the last climb, choruses the whole pack leans into together. Forty-five minutes disappears faster in here than cardio has any right to. And through all of it, your effort lives in the resistance dial on your bike, so the same class is a gentle re-entry for one rider and a lung-buster for the next, and nobody can tell who’s who. There’s nothing to memorise and no choreography to survive; if you can pedal, you’re qualified for the fun.

Towels are on us and the showers are stocked, so the early classes are timed for the ride, the shower and the workday to fit together.

First-class nerves, answered

“Will I keep up with everyone?”

You can’t fall behind, because there’s nothing to fall behind. Everyone rides the same ride at their own resistance, and your dial is your business. Ride your first class light, learn how it feels, and turn it up week by week as your fitness arrives, which it does faster than you’d think.

“I’ve never been on a spin bike. What do I do?”

Arrive ten minutes early and we’ll fit the bike to you: seat height, handlebars, how the dial works, where the towel goes. Your instructor keeps an eye on you through your first ride, and by your second, the setup is muscle memory.

“What about my knees?”

This is the cardio your knees have been asking you to switch to. Spin is low-impact: all the work of a hard run with none of the pounding, which is why people rebuilding from injury often start here. And if anything ever niggles, a physio is down the hall, in the same building.

03

Why people stay

Some of it is the energy. A loud playlist and thirty legs riding the same chorus does something a treadmill never will, and the instructor calling the final climb makes strangers ride like a team. Some of it is the feeling after: spin produces the cleanest endorphin hit on the timetable, and the members who come once for the workout stay for how the rest of their morning feels. Some of it is the ritual: the same faces at the same early class have a way of becoming a crew, and the ride home is better for it. And some of it is what surrounds the bike: an infrared sauna for the recovery days, remedial massage for the big weeks, and a physio down the hall. From your first ride you’re one of ours: bike fitted, name known, missed when you skip a week.

Our members have given us a 4.9-star rating across 180+ Google reviews.

The music does half the work. The endorphins do the rest.

04

The Intro Pass, and why it isn’t just spin

We built the Intro Pass the way we’d want to be welcomed ourselves. Five classes in 14 days for $60, across everything on the studio timetable: Spin, Reformer Pilates, Yoga, Strength, Boxing. Plus two infrared sauna sessions, because recovery is part of training and we’d like you to feel that from your first week.

It’s deliberately more than a spin trial. Pair the ride with the Yin class that stretches what the bike tightens, or the strength work that powers the climbs. Either way, you’ll know, and you’ll have been properly looked after while finding out.

New members only. Studio classes; physio-led classes like Clinical and Prenatal Pilates run separately.

A rider on the bike during a spin class at All for One

The practical bits, sorted before you ask

  • 45-minute classes, mornings and evenings, at Yarraville and Hampton East
  • Complimentary towels every ride, and showers with products supplied
  • No lock-in contracts, and class packs never expire, because life happens and your classes should wait for you
  • Private parking at both studios
  • Come 10 minutes early to your first class; we’ll fit your bike and set you up

Come in foggy. Ride out flying.

First spin class or five-hundredth, marathon lungs or none at all, the bike meets you where you are and the dial keeps the ride yours. And on the days you have nothing in the tank, come anyway and spin it out gently; those rides look after you more than the big ones do. Book your first ride: your instructor will know you’re coming, and the playlist will already be loaded. Classes run at Yarraville in the inner west and Hampton East in the bayside south east.
