Prenatal Pilates
We are passionate about helping women move through their entire pregnancy and beyond.

Regular movement during pregnancy is associated with many up-sides. It can help with reducing muscular pain and discomfort, improving mood, maintaining and gaining strength, addressing the postural changes that accompany your growing belly, and many more.
Our Prenatal Pilates classes are also appropriate if you have been diagnosed with a musculoskeletal condition including pelvic girdle pain or pelvic floor dysfunction, as your program is tailored to you. We work closely with pelvic floor physiotherapists, osteopaths, chiropractors and other health professionals that are helping manage your pain, so that we can work as a team to get you feeling your best during your pregnancy and after birth.
