Reformer Pilates
You’ll feel it in your core, your breath, your posture, your mind.
At All for One, we believe movement should build you up—not burn you out. Our Reformer Pilates classes are low-impact but deeply effective, combining resistance, breath, and precision to strengthen your body from the inside out.
Each class is intentionally designed to challenge your core, improve posture, and build balanced, full-body strength—while supporting mobility and longevity. We keep our classes small so you feel seen, supported, and able to train with confidence—knowing you’re in safe hands from start to finish.
This is thoughtful movement, built to last.
Reformer at All for One is calm, focused, and quietly powerful. You’ll walk into a light-filled studio, settle onto your machine, and be guided through a series of movements designed to challenge and restore—often at the same time.
We move with intention here. You’ll feel your deep core working, your posture shifting, your breath syncing with each rep. There’s no pressure to perform—just expert support, individual attention, and a space where you can tune in, switch off, and get stronger in a way that lasts.
This is your time to move with clarity, strength, and care—and to walk out feeling taller, steadier, and more connected to your body.

Allison’s path to physiotherapy isn’t the usual one. She studied Kinesiology and Exercise Science in the US, trained alongside world-renowned physical therapists in New York City, then moved to Australia and completed her Doctor of Physiotherapy at the University of Melbourne. That combination of international training and deep clinical experience gives her a perspective most physios simply don’t have.
She has three specialist areas that set her apart. If you’re a runner dealing with an injury, trying to get back to running, or wanting to run stronger — Allison gets it from the inside. She’s a passionate runner herself and has completed advanced education in running injury prevention, rehab, and retraining. If you’re dealing with jaw pain, clicking, locking, or headaches related to your TMJ — Allison has completed advanced training in TMJ assessment and treatment and can get to the bottom of it. And if you’re going through menopause and want tailored exercise to manage symptoms and build strength — she has specific expertise in that too.
Beyond her specialist areas, Allison treats the full range of musculoskeletal conditions — neck and back pain, shoulder injuries, joint stiffness, sports injuries — with the same thoroughness and attention to the bigger picture.
In your first session, Allison will take the time to understand not just the sore spot but how you move, how you live, and what’s getting in the way. She’ll explain what she finds in plain language and build a plan with you that fits into your actual week — not a handout you’ll forget about by Thursday.
Allison commonly helps with: running injuries and performance, jaw pain and TMJ dysfunction, neck and back pain, joint pain and stiffness, sports injuries and rehabilitation, menopause-related strength and symptom management, and Clinical Pilates.
If you’ve been pushing through something hoping it’ll settle down on its own — it’s worth getting it looked at properly. These things almost always respond better the earlier you get onto them.

There are some things you don’t bring up at brunch. Leaking when you laugh. A heaviness that doesn’t feel right. Pain during intimacy you’ve never told anyone about. Pelvic pain you’ve been told is “just part of having a baby.” These are the things Emily helps with every single day — and nothing you say will surprise her.
Emily specialises in Women’s Health and Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy. She’s completed postgraduate studies in the field and trained alongside some of Australia’s leading pelvic health experts. Before women’s health, she cut her teeth in elite sport — working in the medical department at Carlton Football Club (AFL) — and she brings that same clinical precision to every appointment.
A lot of women wait months — sometimes years — before seeing someone about pelvic health, because they’re embarrassed, or because they’ve been told it’s normal. It’s not something you have to just live with. And in Emily’s room, nothing is awkward. You can ask the questions you’ve been sitting on, and they’ll be taken seriously.
In your first appointment, Emily will listen properly, explain what’s going on in plain English, and work with you on a plan that makes sense for your body and your stage of life. Whether that’s preparing for birth, recovering from a C-section, rebuilding your pelvic floor, returning to running, or treating pain that’s been holding you back — the focus is always on getting you to where you want to be.
Emily commonly helps with: pelvic floor dysfunction (incontinence, prolapse, pelvic pain), prenatal and postnatal care, birth preparation, C-section recovery and abdominal rehabilitation, return-to-exercise assessments, pain during intimacy, general neck and back pain, and Clinical Pilates.
If you’ve been putting up with something because you weren’t sure it was “bad enough” to see someone about — it is. The earlier you address it, the simpler it usually is to treat.
I first discovered Pilates whilst rehabilitating my lower back and pelvic floor injuries after giving birth to my son. I found that it not only helped my recovery with improving posture, post-partum and building muscle strength but also helped in my busy personal life working full time and being a mom.
Initially, I trained in both Mat and Reformer Pilates with Breathe Education in 2017 then I started working with group classes, one-to-one sessions, and also teaching Pilates for teens. I am also expanding my knowledge to yin yoga, rebirthing breathwork and Zen meditation.
You might expect a challenging class with me in a different way. I love to help my clients realise their fitness objectives, correcting posture and balancing the mind and body, and nothing makes me happier than to see my clients grow and become more confident in their movement and in themselve.
Ann’s classes blend classical Pilates foundations with her own creative flair, offering a movement experience that’s equal parts empowering and grounding. With a strong focus on breath, control and flow, she invites you to reconnect with your body, move with intention, and build strength in a way that feels right for you.
In Ann’s studio, there’s no pressure to perform—just space to explore. Whether you’re here to challenge yourself or take a gentler path, her classes are a reminder that progress isn’t linear, and rest is always welcome. Each session finishes with a mindful stretch to leave you feeling balanced, calm, and a little more at home in your body.
I was first introduced to Pilates at 13 years old as a way to support my training as a dancer. While studying at the New Zealand School of Dance my passion for Pilates as an enjoyable form of cross training grew, and over the last 6 years of my career as a contemporary dance artist, I have continued to learn and evolve in my personal Pilates practice. In 2021 I decided I wanted to share my passion for movement and began my Reformer teacher training with Polestar Pilates, becoming certified in early 2022. I have found incredible enjoyment and fulfilment in being apart of so many clients Pilates, fitness and exercise journeys, I think it is truly a privilege. I love whenI get to see my clients progress sometimes from complete newbies to then becoming confident movers, it’s a beautiful thing! Pilates for me is a healing and somatic experience so I like to put an emphasis in all my classes on listening to your body, breathing through movement and completing those movements with good form. I believe that when your foundations are strong the harder, more exciting “instagramable” exercises will follow naturally. I aim for everyone in my classes, no matter their fitness level to have a fun, light-hearted experience one that is both physically challenging and mentally stimulating.

Most physios focus on either general musculoskeletal pain or women’s health. Phoebe does both — which means she can treat your sore back and your pelvic floor in the same appointment, and see how one might be connected to the other. It’s a fuller picture, and it often makes a real difference to how quickly things improve.
On the musculoskeletal side, Phoebe treats neck and back pain, shoulder and knee injuries, headaches, and persistent muscle tension. She’s trained in dry needling for stubborn trigger points and pain that isn’t responding to other approaches. On the women’s health side, she works with pelvic floor conditions (incontinence, prolapse, pelvic pain, constipation), pregnancy and post-natal care, and integrates Clinical Pilates into rehab for strength and recovery.
Phoebe is especially passionate about pelvic floor education — helping people understand and connect with a part of their body that’s rarely talked about but affects everything from continence to core strength to confidence. If you’re not sure whether your symptoms are “normal” or worth seeing someone about — Phoebe’s the person to ask.
In your first appointment, she’ll take the time to understand what’s going on — listen properly, explain things clearly, and build a plan with you that’s specific to your body and your goals. Whether that’s getting through pregnancy more comfortably, sorting out a pelvic floor issue, or just getting rid of the back pain that’s been ruining your mornings — the focus is always on what matters to you.
Phoebe commonly helps with: neck and back pain, shoulder and knee injuries, pelvic floor dysfunction (incontinence, prolapse, pelvic pain), pre- and post-natal physiotherapy, dry needling, and Clinical Pilates.
If something’s been bothering you and you haven’t gotten around to doing anything about it — it’s usually easier to sort out than you think, especially when you catch it early.
With a background in the military and a lifelong love of movement, Khat brings a unique balance of strength and calm to every class she leads. Now studying Exercise Science and certified in Mat and Reformer Pilates through Breathe Education, she’s passionate about helping people feel confident, capable and at home in their bodies—no matter their starting point.
Khat’s own Pilates journey began through rehab after a career-ending injury. What started as recovery quickly became a daily ritual and a whole new way of moving. That lived experience shapes the way she teaches: with empathy, encouragement and a focus on progress over perfection.
In Khat’s classes, you’ll find a space to move without judgement, explore your limits, and build strength from the inside out. Her favourite move? The Teaser—for its mix of control, challenge and a little bit of fun.
