Massage can play a key role in health and wellness. One of the immediate benefits of massage is a feeling of deep relaxation and calm. This occurs because massage prompts the release of endorphins – the brain chemicals (neurotransmitters) that produce feelings of wellbeing. Levels of stress hormones, such as adrenalin, cortisol and norepinephrine, are also reduced. Studies indicate that high levels of stress hormones impair the immune system.
At All for One we provide remedial and relaxation massage to get you feeling better straight away. Our therapist’s are all trained to a Diploma level, so you know you are in safe hands. Pregnancy massage, dry needling and cupping are also offered.
Remedial massage therapy is a therapeutic form of massage. When muscles are knotted, tense or damaged, remedial massage therapy offers a holistic method of healing using gentle, strong and deep or shallow movements. Remedial massage therapy uses techniques such as deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy and a range of stretching and cross-fibre techniques. Soft tissue techniques may be used to increase circulation or deeper, stronger movements may be used to release tight muscles and relieve long-term pains or injuries.
> Trigger point therapy deactivates the trigger points that cause pain or referred pain in other parts of the body. Pressure is applied to alleviate the source of pain.
> Deep tissue massage is a firm remedial pressure massage that works specific muscles and tension areas. It helps relieve muscle spasm and any associated pain while also improving flexibility and posture. Deep tissue massage is designed to relieve severe tension in the muscle and the connective tissue.
> Sports massage uses remedial techniques to improve recovery and reduce the pain in muscles, joints and tendons as a result of sporting activity.
A relaxation massage is a whole-body hands-on treatment that uses pressure, with long smooth gliding strokes, kneading and rubbing to help you relax. It helps de-stress and loosen up your body and is great for those who have had a hard working week or feel like treating themselves to some TLC! In a relaxation massage, less emphasis is placed on working out chronic underlying muscle tension — the adhesions or “knots” and muscle restrictions in the muscle tissue, because deep tissue work can be uncomfortable; and during a relaxation massage you just want to drift away and feel good.Relaxation massage is a smooth, gentle style of massage designed to improve circulation, encourage overall relaxation, improve range of movement, relieve minor muscle pain, increase energy levels and improve overall physical and mental performance. It’s a good choice if you’re getting your first massage of if you just want to bring your stress level down. This is the massage to choose if you just want to chill out, and be pampered and spoiled.
Our specialist trained Pregnancy massage therapists are experts in getting you comfortable and melting away all those pregnancy aches and pains. Pregnancy massage is therapeutic bodywork that focuses on the special needs of the mother-to-be as her body goes through the dramatic changes of pregnancy. Enhancing the function of muscles and joints, improving circulation and general body tone, and relieving mental and physical fatigue. The gentle, non-invasive approach of prenatal massage can ease discomfort associated with pregnancy and help the mother-to-be prepare for labor.
In pregnancy massage your therapist will target all the pregnancy trouble spots; lower back, tired feet, neck and shoulders.

Kasey, often described as an unassuming meditation & mindfulness practitioner is a former Physical Education & Health Teacher who fell in love with meditation by accident 9 years ago.
Through her education career in both schools and the corporate sector she witnessed a need for structured self-care, in the form of relaxation and meditation. She went on to study the practice and has since shared her passion with people from all walks of life.
Kasey’s Meditation isn’t religious meditation, it’s not hard, it’s not about the breath or a mantra or sitting cross legged.

Gen has had a love-love relationship with Yoga ever since she made her first sweaty foray into a class looking for a physical challenge at seventeen years old! After developing an interest in more than just the physical practice, five years later in 2015 she took a 200-hour Vinyasa teacher training in Goa. Gen soon realised that she enjoyed teaching yoga more than she enjoyed being a teacher and has been teaching Yoga ever since to seasoned yogis, complete beginners, sports teams, classes of five-year-old kids, and more. In 2017sheI completed a yoga internship helping instruct new yoga teachers, and then made the move over to Melbourne where she has been happily enjoying the yoga scene. Her classes are sequenced in a way that allows students to create new shapes in a way that’s safe and supportive for their bodies, and are full of tips on energetic alignment that is available to all levels of practitioners. My deep love is Yin yoga – no injury or worry is too big to be helped in these magical classes!
Whilst completing her Bachelor of Dance Performance Elle became injured with a back injury and used Pilates as rehabilitation. It was then that she fell in love with the Pilates method and pursued a career in the health and fitness industry.
Elle’s classes will have you focusing on your form which in turn will have you redefining the definition of burn. Her classes have a playful, happy vibe about them so you will both work hard and laugh hard too!
“There is no point in working out if you hate it, so why shouldn’t you have fun whilst working your body hard!” -Elle.
Principal Physiotherapist and Founder, Richard Scott created All for One Studios with the mission to deliver holistic, evidence-based care for people, to provide them with optimal lifelong outcomes.
After graduating from Charles Sturt University Richard first worked in the CBD of Melbourne, getting in depth experience working with office workers, lawyers, desk jockeys of all varieties and treating an abundance of back and neck pain. It was here that his interest for holistic care was born as he discovered the lifestyle factors of his patients were typically working long hours, highly stressed and not able to maintain a healthy work- life balance.
After years had passed working in this role, Richard decided to find a new challenge and moved on to work under a Titled Sports Physiotherapist. Richard further grew his skills and knowledge in the field. He was able to treat a vast range of sports injuries, as well as work with elite sports teams and treat anyone from athletes to the weekend warriors.
After many years observing the delivery of healthcare, Richard grew unfulfilled and was certain there had to be a more effective way for people to live pain-free and achieve lifelong results. This frustration ignited his commitment to develop All for One. All for One is founded upon the basis that physical health and mental health go hand in hand and we cannot have one without the other.
Richard’s expertise and passion lies in treating chronic pain, spinal pain and sports injuries.
In his down time Richard enjoys spending time with his loved ones and Moodle Yogi, keeping his energy and health up by keeping active, being amongst the great outdoors and watching his beloved Magpies in AFL. Richard loves travelling and having been to almost 50 countries, you can always count on him to share a story or two!
Violetta (Vee) comes from a background in Dance, Gymnastics and professional Cheerleading.
Vee discovered Pilates as a method of rehabilitation after a spinal injury during her time as a performer. After falling in love with the method Vee went on to complete teacher trainings in Costa Rica and Melbourne.
Fortunate enough to have taught and participate in workshops around the world, she is excited to bring her love for movement back home. Vee combines her passion for movement and training in Pilates and Spin to deliver a dynamic, strong and of course fun class.
Lucy’s classes are energising, empowering and supportive. Lucy brings a down-to-earth, inclusive and compassionate approach to her teaching and loves empowering her students to grow into their full potential both on and off the mat.
