Her Pilates philosophy is simple; move to feel good and move mindfully. Her love of Pilates took hold when she recognised the positive impact it had on her own pain management and became fascinated with how small adjustments create entirely different experiences in the body. She believes in tuning in to meet the body where it’s at every day and shares this passion generously in class.Sarah’s primary focus is to facilitate clients in finding a deep strength and connection by bringing awareness to the detail in each and every movement. You can expect to giggle, be challenged, enjoy great playlists and walk out with perky glutes!
Elisa started her Pilates journey with classical Pilates Power New York and later with Covatech Pilates for all equipment and a more clinical approach. (This includes cadillac, chair, reformer, big barrel and mat Pilates).
Elisa is truly passionate about Pilates. She believes that it’s a great way to find the right balance physically and mentally as well as overall health through proper posture and a conscious use of the muscle.
Elisa started Pilates over 13 years ago, after subsequently developing arthritis on her right hip and pilates became part of her daily routine.
During these years Elisa’s passion for the discipline grew, exploring and learning different approaches to Pilates and she has worked in Italy, Sydney, Dubai and London.
She not only believes, but is a true example of how Pilates is really helpful in understanding how to use the correct muscles during normal day life and builds strength that ultimately prevents injury.
I first discovered Pilates by accident looking for a low impact way to workout while working through a shoulder injury. I immediately feel in love with the way my body responded to Pilates not only physically but also mentally. I never realised how challenging it was. I soon developed a love for Pilates and soon decided to become an instructor with Breathe Education.
I’d describe my classes to be a dynamic, challenging whole body workout, while having fun and enjoying that break from the outside world.
When I’m not teaching I love to travel, head down to the beach, or catching up with friends and family.
The best part of being an instructor is seeing how Pilates can make a difference in everyday life, the small improvements add up and the mind and body will love you for it.
Originally from the Riverina, I will forever be a country girl at heart. I was very much into sports throughout my school years but dancing was my greatest passion and carried into University where I studied to become a Radiation Therapist. It was at University where I first discovered Pilates, attending mat Pilates classes on the Uni gym floor to complement my dancing. Once I hung up my dancing shoes I took up endurance sports, which has taught me some incredible life lessons, the biggest one being that whilst you may need to adjust your plans from time to time, you should never give up, adversity makes us stronger. I’ve been teaching Pilates for 4 years and currently balance working in a busy radiation oncology department by day, teaching Pilates in the evening and training for whatever event I have on the calendar. My passion is empowering people to realise they are capable of so much more than they give themselves credit for.
Realizing that fitness was becoming a massive part of her life after her knee healed and overcoming her fear of getting back into dance classes, she decided to get her PT qualification.
Outside of the studio, she’s a horror film and musical theatre enthusiast who enjoys cold winter nights and great Melbourne coffee.

Sahar was first introduced to Pilates in 2012 whilst suffering from Fibromyalgia which had been an ongoing battle for more than two years. Fibromyalgia is a group of conditions that cause general pain and muscle stiffness in more than one part of the body and can include extreme fatigue and lack of sleep. There is no cure, it can only be managed.
Upon commencing Pilates, Sahar noticed an instant improvement in her sleeping patterns and wellbeing. In addition, Pilates assisted in strength building which in turn enabled her to lead a happy and pain-free life that has been ongoing since. Her positive experiences in this space encouraged her to pursue a career in the fitness industry with Pilates at the forefront.
She is now following her passion and has devoted her life to sharing this great gift with more and more individuals each and every day. Sahar is extremely motivated and takes great pride in being a positive influence on clients and encourage them to become their best self through exercise of both mind and body.
