Clinical Pilates
Strength, flexibility, prevention and healing through movement.
Expert-led movement designed for healing, strength, and long-term wellbeing.
At All for One, our Clinical Pilates classes are designed and delivered by qualified Physiotherapists to offer targeted, evidence-based support for injury recovery, chronic pain, postural control, and overall movement health.
Unlike general Reformer Pilates, Clinical Pilates is tailored to your individual needs—meaning every movement is selected with your unique goals, injury history, and physical capacity in mind.
Physio-led sessions: Every class is run by a fully qualified Physiotherapist with deep expertise in injury, anatomy, and rehabilitation.
Individualised programs: Your Pilates plan is based on a 1:1 assessment and regularly reviewed to match your progress.
Safe for injury recovery: Exercises are adjusted in real time to accommodate flare-ups, pain, or medical changes.
Clinical focus: Sessions target specific muscle groups, postural patterns, and movement dysfunctions to aid recovery and prevent future injury.
This isn’t one-size-fits-all Pilates. It’s intentional, supportive training rooted in science—and shaped around you.
Clinical Pilates is ideal if you’re:
Recovering from injury or surgery
Managing chronic or recurrent pain (e.g. back, neck, hips)
Strengthening your pelvic floor or core postnatally
Dealing with joint instability, poor posture, or mobility issues
Looking for a safe, supportive return to exercise
Rebuilding strength after a period of inactivity or health concerns
This is movement with purpose—designed to help you feel better, move well, and live pain-free.
At our Yarraville and Hampton East studios, all Clinical Pilates classes are delivered by qualified Physiotherapists. That means you’re supported by a team who understands your body, your goals, and how to guide you there safely.
We combine:
Expert clinical knowledge of anatomy, pathology and movement
Small class sizes for personalised attention
Ongoing support and reviews to keep your program aligned with your needs
A warm, welcoming space where you’re always supported
This is evidence-based care—delivered with heart.
Clinical Pilates starts with a 1:1 assessment with a Physiotherapist. From there, we’ll create a program tailored to your body, goals, and lifestyle.
Book your initial assessment at our Yarraville or Hampton East studio today and take the first step toward stronger, safer movement—now and for the long term.

I’m the Head Physiotherapist at All for One and an APA Titled Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist, with over a decade of experience helping people navigate pain, injury and complex physical challenges with clarity and confidence.
I work with clients who often feel like they’ve “tried everything” — persistent pain, complex spinal or headache conditions, sporting injuries, or recovery after surgery. My role is to bring calm, expert guidance to these situations, combining advanced clinical reasoning with hands-on treatment and targeted movement strategies that support meaningful, long-term outcomes.
As Head Physio, I also oversee clinical standards and professional development across the physiotherapy team, ensuring every client at All for One receives high level, thoughtful, evidence-based care.
I believe exceptional physiotherapy starts with listening. You’re not a diagnosis or a scan result — you’re a person with goals, history and a life you want to return to.
My approach is highly tailored and grounded in evidence. Together, we’ll identify what’s driving your symptoms and build a clear, structured plan that helps you move forward with confidence. Education, collaboration and progression are key — I want you to understand your body and feel supported, not overwhelmed.
I have advanced training and a strong clinical focus in:
Complex musculoskeletal injuries
Persistent and chronic pain
Sporting injuries
Surgical rehabilitation
Complex spinal conditions
Headache assessment and management
I am an APA Titled Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist and have completed training with the Watson Headache® Institute, allowing me to manage more complex presentations with depth, precision and care.
Beyond my clinical work, I’m deeply invested in developing people — both clients and clinicians. I’m known for my calm, considered leadership style and my ability to guide complex situations with clarity, care and respect.
At All for One, my role as Head Physio means I’m actively involved in shaping how we deliver physiotherapy — ensuring our care is collaborative, progressive and truly centred around the person in front of us.
Whether you’re managing a long-standing injury, recovering from surgery, or seeking expert support to move better and feel more confident in your body, I’ll meet you where you are — and work with you to move forward, together.
Please note: Appointments with Emma incur a 10% surcharge, reflecting her role as Head Physiotherapist and her APA Titled Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist accreditation.
