Designed to support your health, strength and longevity—at every stage.
Our Strength classes focus on building balanced, functional strength to support your body for the long term.
Our Conditioning classes are all about heart health, energy, and movement that feels good.
With small group sizes and expert guidance, you’ll feel supported, seen, and able to move at your own pace—no matter where you’re starting from.
At All for One, we believe movement should enhance your life and support your wellbeing—now and into the future. That’s why every class is thoughtfully designed to be safe, sustainable, and deeply supportive of your long-term health.
We keep our class sizes small so our expert team can focus on you—your form, your pace, your progress. Our programming is developed in collaboration with our Physiotherapists to ensure every session encourages functional, feel-good movement that strengthens your body in ways that matter beyond the studio.
No two classes are the same, so your body keeps adapting, your mind stays engaged, and your training stays fresh. It’s about building strength and energy you can take into the rest of your life—with the guidance, care, and community to back you up.

Jackson Clarke Personal Trainer
Zoe Wild Personal Trainer
Kate Foster Spin Instructor
Jackson came to personal training through his own journey from being twenty five kilograms overweight with recurring hip and back pain. Through resistance training he found an avenue to explore and correct his postural issues while building muscle and reducing body fat.
As a result of his own path, he’s gained a passion for promoting functional movements, posture assessment and correction and simply helping clients move as freely as possible during their everyday lives.
Jackson’s training style is that of a teacher and guide. He likes to combine an up beat, positive and intense workout with a strong focus on maintaining correct posture through a session.

Kate has been working as an instructor in the fitness industry for the past 8 years and is passionate about bringing joy and accessibility to a variety of different fitness modalities. After studying a bachelor of Musical Theatre at the prestigious Victorian College of the Arts; with many years of dance and movement experience under her belt it felt like a natural progression to complete her Advanced Diploma of Yoga teaching.
It wasn’t until 2016 while filming at the launch event for a new business that Kate discovered ‘Rhythm Ride’. Like a party on a bike, the high intensity of spinning set to invigorating music with the coordination of upper body choreography had her addicted!
Along with her relatively new exploration of strength training; which has been motivated by her own personal experience with managing a long term knee injury. Kate believes that fitness doesn’t need to be boring or monotonous and she aims to help everyone who comes to her classes to find joy in movement and the act of taking care of their minds and bodies.
