Welcome Morgane to our Yarraville Physiotherapy Team

Welcome to our newest Physiotherapist joining our Yarraville Physiotherapy team for all of your Physio, Clinical Pilates, Prenatal Pilates needs.

Morgane is originally from New Zealand, where she grew up in the beautiful Bay of Plenty, studied a Bachelor of Physiotherapy at the University of Otago down south and has spent the last 2.5 years living and working in the sunny Hawkes Bay (NZ’s wine country!). Looking for a change from quiet New Zealand, Morgane had always had intentions of moving to Melbourne once she had finished her studies and had a bit of experience under her belt.

Morgane is a passionate and enthusiastic physio who loves working closely with her patients to help them achieve their goals and improve their quality of life. She takes a holistic approach and combines hands-on techniques combined with exercise and education in her management plan and is passionate about providing you the tools to prevent injury recurrence as well as be confident in managing your own condition.

Morgane has worked in numerous different settings, but her main focus has been sports physio, working with multiple footy teams in NZ and volunteering with several different teams during her studies. However, her expertise isn’t limited to just sports players as she worked in a musculoskeletal clinic with a very varied clientele. She has experience with all musculoskeletal conditions, from acute ankle sprains to pre and post surgical rehab; experience with managing concussions; has completed dry needling training through PAANZ; completed her ICIR level 2 for acute pitch side injury management.

In her spare time, Morgane is a bit of a foodie, frequenting the markets, cooking, and going out to new restaurants with friends, she enjoys exploring the city and heading to exhibitions, going for walks and heading to yoga and in summer loves getting out to the beach for a swim or a paddle!
