Group Fitness in Bayside

Group Fitness in Bayside

Real Movement. Real Support. Real Results.

If you’re looking for group fitness in Bayside that’s welcoming, expert-led and tailored to your life—not just the latest workout trend—you’ve found your space.

At All for One Hampton East, we offer a full spectrum of small group classes designed to help you build strength, improve mobility, and feel more connected to your body—without the pressure, mirrors or overcrowded gym floor.

We bring together Reformer Pilates, strength training, yoga, cardio and mobility because we believe your body needs more than one type of movement to truly thrive. Whether you’re rebuilding after injury, returning postnatally, or just want to move in a way that feels good long term—we’re here for it. And for you.

Why Variety Matters in Group Fitness

Your body isn’t designed to move in just one way. Long-term health, strength, and energy come from mixing it up—resistance for strength, Pilates for control, cardio for endurance, and mobility for recovery.

Research supports this: a combination of strength training, aerobic activity, and mobility-focused movement has been shown to reduce injury risk, improve mental health, and support metabolic and musculoskeletal health as we age.

That’s why at All for One, our class schedule is thoughtfully designed to offer the right mix—so you don’t have to choose between flexibility and fitness, recovery and results.
