Why would I meditate?
It’s a fast-paced, pressure-cooker of a world out there at times and more often than not, we are looking for an opportunity to take a step back, rest and prioritise ourselves for a moment. Research has shown adopting a regular meditation practice, even for as little as 10 minutes a day, has profound effects on our mind and body. Meditation helps to stimulate our ‘rest & digest’ nervous system, lowering levels of stress, anxiety and rumination, improving clarity, concentration and productivity.
There are many more reasons to meditate… to find out more and how create your own regular practice, come and join us in the 4 week Fundamentals of Meditation course.
