Hampton East reformer Pilates

Reformer Pilates

Smart, spring-based strength.
Reformer Pilates uses resistance-based equipment to improve alignment, build strength, and sculpt deep muscles. Our Hampton classes are capped at 12 people for more individual attention—whether you’re brand new or ready for a challenge.

Clinical Pilates

Your body. Your plan.
Led by physiotherapists, these small group or 1:1 sessions are perfect for injury rehab, chronic pain, or anyone needing extra support. You’ll follow a program designed just for you, adjusted as you progress.

Prenatal Pilates

Supporting you through every trimester.
Our prenatal classes help you move safely and feel strong during pregnancy, with a focus on pelvic stability, posture, and preparation for birth. Led by physiotherapists and tailored to your stage of pregnancy.

Mums & Bubs Pilates

Reconnect, rebuild and bring your bub.
Postnatal recovery takes time—and support. These small-group classes focus on rebuilding your core and pelvic floor, with your baby right by your side. Led by physios, always welcoming and relaxed.
