Women’s Health Physiotherapy Melbourne

Women’s Health Physiotherapy Melbourne

Specialist, integrated care for every stage of life.

Navigating the changes of pregnancy, postpartum recovery, or pelvic health challenges can feel overwhelming—and too often, fragmented care only adds to the stress. At All for One, we do things differently.

We offer comprehensive, connected care under one roof. That means you’re not bouncing between clinics or getting piecemeal advice. Whether you’re recovering from birth, managing pelvic floor concerns, preparing to return to sport, or facing the physical shifts of perimenopause, we bring together everything you need—from expert physiotherapy to clinical Pilates, massage therapy, strength training and psychology (coming soon).

Here’s how we’re different:

  • Truly integrated care: Your physiotherapy doesn’t happen in isolation. It’s backed by a team of experienced clinicians who collaborate across disciplines to help you move forward, faster.

  • Tailored for every stage: No matter your age or life stage, our team works with you to create a plan that fits your body, your goals, and your lifestyle.

  • Evidence-based, real-world care: We combine clinical guidelines with practical experience, so your treatment is both scientifically sound and genuinely doable.

  • Support that evolves with you: From first symptoms to full recovery and beyond, we’re here to support your strength, function, and wellbeing over time—not just in the short term.

  • A welcoming, empowering space: We see you as a whole person, not just a set of symptoms. Our team is here to listen, explain, encourage, and guide—with no judgment, ever.

If you’ve ever felt dismissed, rushed, or unsure where to turn—this is your place to feel heard, cared for, and supported every step of the way.

What We Treat

Women’s health physio isn’t a niche. It’s foundational care. Our team works with clients at all stages—early adulthood through to later life. We support:

  • Pregnancy-related pain (pelvic girdle, low back, rib)

  • Abdominal separation (diastasis recti)

  • Pelvic floor dysfunction (leakage, prolapse, pain)

  • C-section recovery and scar care

  • Endometriosis-related pelvic pain

  • Perimenopause symptoms (strength, bone density, joint stiffness)

  • Return to running or higher intensity movement

All sessions start with a private, one-on-one assessment with a women’s health physiotherapist trained in evidence-based pelvic and musculoskeletal care.

Pregnancy Physiotherapy

We work with you to stay strong and mobile throughout your pregnancy. Treatment may include:

  • Hands-on physio to ease pain

  • Education and strategies for daily movements

  • Pelvic floor muscle training

  • Exercise prescription to support labour and postpartum recovery

We also support you through your exercise journey with prenatal clinical Pilates, strength classes (where appropriate), and massage—all delivered with careful modifications by experienced professionals.

Postnatal Physiotherapy

Postpartum recovery is physical, emotional, and ongoing. We’ll guide you with care that supports:

  • Healing and recovery (regardless of delivery type)

  • Pelvic floor retraining

  • Gradual return to walking, running, and lifting

  • Management of prolapse or incontinence

  • Reconnection to your core and movement confidence

Whether you’re six weeks or six years postnatal, we start from where you are and help you build forward.

Mums & Bubs Pilates

You shouldn’t have to choose between caring for your body and caring for your baby. That’s why we offer Mums & Bubs Clinical Pilates—small group, physiotherapist-led sessions designed specifically for postnatal recovery, with babies welcome.

In these sessions:

  • You’ll rebuild strength, stability, and confidence

  • Your baby can stay beside you in a capsule or on a mat

  • Programs are individualised to your delivery type, symptoms, and goals

  • The group setting creates connection and shared motivation

All clients complete a postnatal assessment before starting to ensure we’re tailoring your program safely and effectively.

Clinical Pilates for Women

Pilates isn’t just exercise. It’s intelligent movement that supports strength, posture, core control, and mobility. Our small group clinical Pilates sessions (max 4) are led by qualified physios and designed to meet your body where it’s at.

We offer:

  • Prenatal Pilates (individualised programs that support safe, effective training during pregnancy)

  • Postnatal & Mums & Bubs Pilates (rebuild strength and pelvic floor control in a supported environment)

  • Women’s Health Rehab Pilates (focused work for pelvic pain, prolapse, or hormonal change)

Because every body is different, we never take a one-size-fits-all approach. Your care plan is always tailored.

Pregnancy Massage

Massage can be a powerful part of pregnancy care—soothing sore muscles, reducing swelling, and supporting relaxation. Our therapists are trained in pregnancy-safe massage techniques and can adjust positioning, pressure and focus to meet your needs in each trimester.

Perfect for managing:

  • Lower back and hip discomfort

  • Upper body tension from breast and posture changes

  • Sleep support and nervous system calming

Available as a stand-alone service or in combination with physiotherapy and Pilates for comprehensive support.

Why All for One?
