Prenatal Pilates

Why Pregnancy Exercise Matters

Exercising during pregnancy, when done safely and mindfully, has been shown to improve strength, reduce pregnancy-related discomfort, support mental health, and even assist in labour and recovery. According to guidelines from the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (RANZCOG), regular low-impact exercise like Pilates during pregnancy can help with:

  • Reducing back and pelvic pain

  • Improving posture and core stability

  • Supporting pelvic floor function

  • Boosting energy and mood

  • Enhancing circulation and reducing swelling

  • Preparing the body for birth

  • Aiding in faster postnatal recovery

At All for One, we take this seriously—but we also keep it joyful.

Our Approach to Prenatal Exercise

Every pregnancy is unique. That’s why our classes are small, personalised, and led by physiotherapists and instructors trained in pre- and postnatal care. We combine clinical expertise with genuine care, ensuring you feel confident, comfortable, and supported at every session.

Our Prenatal Pilates classes are specifically designed to:

  • Strengthen the muscles around your hips, pelvis and core

  • Improve spinal mobility and stability

  • Support pelvic floor health

  • Reduce aches, pains and fatigue

  • Provide a space to connect with your body (and other mums-to-be)

Our classes are run by our physiotherapists and we can keep you moving when you’re managing pain, recovering from a previous birth or any other issues that pop up.

What to Expect in Our Classes

Who are the classes for?
Anyone expecting, at any stage of pregnancy. Whether you’re active already or just getting started, we welcome you.

How big are the classes?
We keep things small—our Prenatal Pilates classes are capped at 4 so you get the support and attention you deserve.

Can I join with no Pilates experience?
Absolutely. Many of our clients are completely new to Pilates. We’ll meet you where you’re at.

What do I need to bring?
Just wear comfy clothes you can move in, and bring a water bottle. We’ve got all the equipment here.

Mums & Bubs Pilates: Move Together, Recover Together

We know that returning to movement after birth can feel overwhelming—and finding time for yourself even more so. That’s why we’ve created our Mums & Bubs Pilates classes: a safe, supportive space where you can rebuild strength, reconnect with your body, and bring your baby along for the ride.

Led by physiotherapists and designed specifically for postnatal recovery, these classes focus on core stability, pelvic floor support, and functional strength. With a maximum of six participants per class, we’re able to provide individualised attention while keeping the vibe relaxed, welcoming, and baby-friendly. Whether your little one sleeps, feeds or wriggles their way through class—we get it, and we’re here for all of it.

This is your time, too. Let us support you in moving confidently and feeling like yourself again—with your bub right by your side.
