We have welcomed some wonderful new, experienced therapists to the team which means we now have massage available every day of the week! (with two therapists every Saturday and Sunday)

Talia – Rose
Forever curious about the mind and body I bring a holistic approach to massage that blends clinical knowledge with artistic intuition to create individual treatments for clients physical and spiritual wellbeing.
I’ve been trained in relaxation, remedial, deep tissue, myofascial release, muscle energy and positional release techniques, sports massage, trigger point therapy, pregnancy, aromatherapy, cupping, reflexology and currently undertaking further training in Myotherapy and energy work to help further assist emotional and physical ailments and injuries.
Emma
Emma has a keen sense of learning and assessment. This in turn helps her cater to each client’s unique needs. She enjoys providing deep tissue, relaxation, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, muscle energy and positional release techniques, and sports massage. Having seen her family with chronic pain and stress and gone through the same herself, Emma is keen to pursue a career in health and wellbeing. She values the benefits of movement and the therapeutic effects of remedial massage, thus, would love to transfer this onto others to provide them with the opportunity to live a greater quality of life. Emma is inquisitive to learn and further develop herself by continuing to upskill in Myotherapy. She has an interest in women’s health, mental health, and chronic pain management. She looks forward to continued research and study of the body for a better approach to holistic health and management of pain.
Emma strives to make sure all her clients from all walks of life feel comfortable and respected and looks forward to contributing her knowledge and personality to the All for One family.
Rebecca
Rebecca holds a Diploma of Remedial Massage, graduating in 2016.
Rebecca wants all of her clients to feel the best they can in their own bodies and utilises a variety of techniques to help them achieve this; including remedial, relaxation, and pregnancy
massage, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, cupping, and instrument assisted soft tissue
mobilisation (IASTM).
She quickly developed an interest in pregnancy massage, undertaking additional training with Pregnancy Massage Australia to become a practitioner of pregnancy massage in 2017.
When not at work Rebecca enjoys spending time with her partner and their two cats, catching up with friends and family, walking, gardening, cooking and baking – especially sourdough bread, and reading.
