Booking Confirmed
Your booking is confirmed. What to wear, what to bring, where to park, and how to change it if you need to.
That’s the hard part done. Here’s everything else.
A confirmation email is on its way with everything you need. If it hasn’t landed in a few minutes, check your spam folder, then call us and we’ll sort it.
Your physio will already know you’re coming and why. They’ll listen to the whole story first, assess properly, start treatment the same visit, and send you home with a written plan.
Keep an eye out for an intake form in your email. If you can fill it in before your appointment, more of your time in the room goes on you and less of it on paperwork.
Anything you can move in. If it’s a lower-body problem, shorts help. If it’s shoulders or neck, a singlet under whatever’s comfortable.
Your private health card for HICAPS on the spot, any scans or referral letters if you have them, and every question you’ve been sitting on. You don’t need a referral to be seen, and none of the questions are silly here.
Five minutes early does it. The front desk will be expecting you by name.
Your machine or mat will be ready, the teacher will know it’s your first time, and nothing will be assumed about what you already know.
Comfortable activewear, and grip socks for reformer classes. We sell them at the desk if you don’t have a pair. Runners for spin, strength and boxing.
A water bottle and a towel for the sweatier classes. Boxing gloves are provided, and inners are sold at the desk if you need them.
Ten minutes early for your first class, and we’ll show you around properly. By your second class, you won’t be new anymore.
Nothing’s in your diary yet, and that’s the next thirty seconds sorted. Your membership works at every All for One location, and the class timetables run at Yarraville and Hampton East.

Twenty-four hours’ notice. Inside that, a 50% late cancellation fee applies. The time was held for you, and by then it’s too late to offer it to anybody else.
You’ve done the part most people put off. We’ll take it from here, and if anything comes up between now and then, questions, nerves, a change of plan, call us. There’s a person at the other end who’ll know what to do.
