TAC Physio Yarraville

Compassionate, Evidence-Based Physiotherapy Support After a Transport Accident

If you’re recovering from a car or transport accident, we’re here to support you every step of the way. At All for One Yarraville, we offer TAC-registered physiotherapy designed to help you heal, move with confidence, and regain independence—physically, mentally and emotionally.

We understand the road to recovery can be complex. Whether you’re managing pain, rebuilding strength, or navigating the return to work or daily life, our experienced physio team is here to guide you with care, skill and personalised treatment plans.

What Is TAC Physiotherapy?

The Transport Accident Commission (TAC) provides funding for medical treatment and rehabilitation services for those injured in a transport-related accident in Victoria. If you have a TAC claim number, your physiotherapy appointments may be covered with no out-of-pocket cost.

At All for One, we are a registered TAC provider, which means we can work directly with the TAC to help manage your recovery—so you can focus on healing.

How We Support You

Every TAC journey is different, and so is every treatment plan. At All for One Yarraville, your physiotherapy may include:

Thorough initial assessment to understand your injuries, pain levels, lifestyle, and recovery goals

Manual therapy to reduce pain and restore joint and soft tissue movement

Exercise-based rehabilitation tailored to your stage of recovery—ranging from gentle mobility work to strength and conditioning

Education and support around pacing, pain management and return-to-work planning

Collaborative care alongside GPs, specialists, case managers and other allied health professionals

Your physiotherapist will track your progress and adjust your treatment as you recover—always working at a pace that feels right for you.

Clinical Pilates for TAC Recovery

At All for One Yarraville, Clinical Pilates is one of our most powerful tools for long-term recovery after a transport accident. It’s gentle yet effective, helping you build strength, stability and confidence as you heal.

Our Clinical Pilates programs are run by qualified physiotherapists who tailor every session to your body and your stage of recovery. Whether you’re dealing with back pain, joint stiffness or general deconditioning, we design each movement to support you safely and progressively.

Key benefits include:

Improved core and postural strength

Reduced pain and re-injury risk

Greater flexibility and mobility

Increased body awareness and control

Confidence to return to work, exercise, and everyday life

Our Pilates sessions are delivered 1:1 or in small groups depending on your needs, and always under expert physio supervision.
