All for One FAQs

All for One FAQs

Question:
How do I know if I need physiotherapy?
Answer:
If you’re unsure whether to rest or seek treatment, it’s best to check in with a physiotherapist early on. They can assess your symptoms, identify any underlying issues, and guide you on the right path to recovery—whether that’s rest, exercise, or hands-on treatment.

Question:
What physiotherapy services does All for One offer?
Answer:
We provide comprehensive physiotherapy services, including injury rehabilitation, chronic pain management, post-surgical rehab, and women’s health physiotherapy. Our approach combines hands-on treatment with personalised exercise programs to help you move and feel better.

Question:
Can I book a physiotherapy appointment at All for One without a referral?
Answer:
No referral needed! To see a physiotherapist at All for One, simply book online or call our clinic to schedule an appointment with one of our experienced physiotherapists.

Question:
What pregnancy-related physiotherapy services does All for One offer?
Answer:
All for One provides women’s health physiotherapy for pregnancy and postpartum recovery. Our services include pelvic floor therapy, pain relief for back and hip discomfort, incontinence management, and postnatal rehab to help new mums recover safely.

Question:
Does All for One offer pregnancy-safe exercises?
Answer:
Yes, our pregnancy physiotherapists design safe and effective exercise programs, including clinical Pilates and gentle strength training, to support your body through pregnancy and prepare for childbirth.

Question:
How soon after giving birth should I see a physio at All for One?
Answer:
We recommend starting core rehabilitation within 2–3 weeks postpartum, especially to support recovery from abdominal separation. This can be done conveniently via telehealth with our experienced pelvic floor physiotherapist.
At around 6 weeks postpartum, we suggest booking an in-person postnatal physiotherapy assessment to check for pelvic floor weakness, abdominal separation, and postural changes—even if your delivery was smooth. If you’d prefer to come in earlier and are feeling ready, that’s absolutely an option too.

Question:
What types of massage does All for One offer in Yarraville?
Answer:
All for One offers a range of massage therapy services, including remedial massage, relaxation massage, pregnancy massage, and deep tissue massage. Whether you’re recovering from an injury or just need to de-stress, our expert therapists can help.
