Physiotherapy - 15/08/2026
The appointment where everything you’ve been wondering finally gets answered.
Pregnancy aches that are being written off as normal. A recovery after birth that nobody has actually assessed. Leaking, heaviness, or pelvic pain at any age. Changes arriving with menopause. Our women’s health physiotherapists spend a full hour with you, minutes from Hampton, and there is nothing you can bring them that they haven’t looked after before.
Plenty of clinics treat pelvic health. What’s rare is what happens after: here, the physiotherapist who assesses you also teaches the classes you’ll rebuild in. Pregnancy Pilates, Mums and Bubs and Clinical Pilates run in our studio with our women’s health physios at the front of the room, working from your assessment, adjusting your exercises because they already know your body’s whole story.
Add the unhurried hour every appointment gets, and the drive from Hampton starts making sense before you’ve arrived.
Pregnancy physio for pelvic girdle pain, back and hip pain, sciatica and rib pain, safe in every trimester. Pregnancy Pilates classes taught by our physios, capped small and adjusted to your week. And from 34 weeks, our Birth Preparation session: active birth techniques, perineal massage education, pushing strategies including with an epidural, and recovery tips for both vaginal and caesarean births, partners warmly encouraged. More on pregnancy physiotherapy
The Postnatal Check: a full hour on your pelvic floor, abdominal separation, scars and strength, six weeks or six years after the birth, setting your body up properly for every decade ahead. Then Mums and Bubs from six weeks postpartum, babies beside you, and a dedicated Return to Running program when you’re ready to test the footpaths again.
Incontinence, urgency, prolapse symptoms and heaviness, pelvic pain and pain with intimacy. Assessment can include real-time ultrasound, so you can watch your pelvic floor working on screen; internal assessment only ever happens with your consent.
Bladder and bowel changes, pelvic floor support, joint pain, and the strength work this season of your body responds to, including Midlife Strength classes in the same building.
One physiotherapist, a closed door, and time to actually talk: your symptoms, your history, what you want back.
Everything explained as you go. In plain English, at your pace. Most women tell us it’s the first time anyone has properly explained their own body to them.
Assessment only with your consent. Any assessment happens only with your agreement, and real-time ultrasound gives us a comfortable alternative to internal examination whenever you prefer it.
A written plan to leave with. What we found, what we expect to improve, and the steps we’ll take together. How we approach women’s health

One person, the whole picture.
Postgraduate-trained, warm, and completely unfazed by the things you’ve been putting off saying out loud. The physio you book with is the physio who treats you, and the one who takes you into your classes when you’re ready.

Senior Women’s Health Physiotherapist
Postgraduate-trained in pelvic health, and the person women see about the things they’ve never said out loud: incontinence, prolapse, pelvic pain, preparing for birth and recovering from it.

Musculoskeletal & Women’s Health Physiotherapist
More than ten years of experience across pregnancy, postnatal recovery and pelvic health, with a special interest in strength through perimenopause and menopause. At Hampton East Monday to Friday.
Both also carry a full musculoskeletal caseload, so the same physio can treat your pelvic floor and your sore back in one appointment. One person, the whole picture.
Natural light, greenery, a front desk that knows your name by the second visit, and parking on site off the Nepean Hwy, five minutes up the road from Hampton. It’s a studio as much as a clinic, which is the point: when your treatment becomes training, you won’t be starting again somewhere new. See the Hampton East studio
The practical bits, sorted before you ask: no GP referral needed, HICAPS on the spot for private health extras, Medicare Care Plans welcome, and babies welcome at appointments. Appointments run across the week, including mornings and evenings.

We’re on the Nepean Hwy in Hampton East, a short drive from Hampton with parking on site, so the trip is usually faster than finding a spot at the village. If the inner west or inner north is closer to your week, our Yarraville and Kensington studios have women’s health physiotherapists too.
If part of you has been waiting to be told it’s worth an appointment: it is, and this is that. Book online below, or call and say as much or as little as feels right; the front desk will match you with the right physio.

Always. Feeds, naps and mid-appointment crying are all completely normal here, and Mums and Bubs classes run in the same building from six weeks postpartum.
