One-on-One Consultation: Your first session begins with a private, in-depth conversation about your health, symptoms, and goals. This is your chance to talk openly about your concerns—whether it’s incontinence, pelvic pain, or simply wanting to regain strength after pregnancy.
Comprehensive Assessment: Your physiotherapist will conduct a thorough assessment, which may involve checking your pelvic floor strength, posture, and range of motion. We’ll identify key areas to focus on and explain everything along the way, so you always feel comfortable and informed.
Personalized Treatment Plan: Based on your needs, we’ll design a tailored plan that might include hands-on therapy, guided exercises, and at-home activities. You’ll leave with clear next steps and a sense of control over your health.
Ongoing Support: We’re with you for the long haul. As you progress, we’ll adjust your plan and make sure you’re getting the best possible results. Our goal is to help you move better, feel stronger, and build the confidence to take on whatever comes next.

Meet the Team

Our Women’s Health Physiotherapists are not just experts—they’re compassionate, approachable, and deeply committed to helping you thrive. We know that healing requires more than just expertise; it takes a genuine connection and care. Meet the women who’ll guide you through your health journey:

Anne – Women’s Health Physiotherapist

Anne is a passionate advocate for women’s health, with a deep commitment to supporting women through pregnancy and beyond. After years working in elite sports, she recognized a gap in care for her pregnant clients and friends and made it her mission to change that. This led her to undertake Masters-level training in Women’s and Pelvic Health Physiotherapy at Melbourne University.

During her own pregnancy and postpartum journey, Anne refined practical, evidence-based strategies to prevent and treat common pregnancy-related injuries. She simplifies the science, offering accessible and effective advice that empowers women to feel strong and confident throughout pregnancy and postpartum.

Anne’s experience spans private practice and maternity wards, including her work at Epworth Freemasons Hospital, where she supported pregnant and postnatal women with diverse needs. She strongly advocates for regular, safe exercise during pregnancy, emphasizing the benefits of resistance training like Pilates and cardiovascular fitness in line with Australian guidelines. Anne also strongly advocates for every pregnant and postnatal woman to have at least one pelvic floor physiotherapy check-up. She believes these moments can be life-changing, helping women prevent long-term injury and maintain their health and wellness for years to come.

At All for One, Anne is dedicated to helping women navigate their journey with strength, confidence, and the expert care they deserve.
