Yoga
You don't need to be flexible. That's what the yoga's for.
Come exactly as you are: tired, tight, wound up from a big week, or brand new to all of it. Your mat will be rolled out, your teacher will know it’s your first class, and every pose will meet your body where it actually is, with a version that works for you. You just breathe. We’ve got the rest.
New members. 14 days. Every studio class included. Yarraville and Hampton East.

Yoga Flow is the moving practice. You’ll be guided through a sequence of poses, standing and on the mat, each one linked to the next by your breath: inhale into one shape, exhale into the next. Your teacher calls every step, so there is nothing to memorise and no way to fall behind, and the sequence builds gentle warmth as it goes, working strength, balance and mobility together. Expect to finish warmer, looser and noticeably calmer than you started. It’s the class that gathers a scattered week back into one piece.
Yin is the still one, and it moves slower than any class you’ve ever done. Almost all of it happens on the floor: you settle into a supported stretch, cushioned by props, and simply stay, for a few quiet minutes at a time, while gravity and breath do the working. Those long holds reach the deep connective tissue around your hips, spine and shoulders that faster exercise never touches, and the stillness does as much for your head as your body. Plenty of members say Yin night gives them their best sleep of the week. You’ll leave in a different state than you arrived.
Most members don’t pick one and stay; they read their week and choose. The big weeks tend to end in Yin, and the flat ones get their spark back in Flow. Whatever the week has done to you, there’s a class here that undoes it.
Some will be, and it will matter less than you think, sooner than you think, because nobody in the room is watching you; they’re breathing. Every pose comes with options, your teacher offers yours quietly, and the props are there so every body can find its version of the shape. Flexibility grows with practice, and until it does, your versions are yours, chosen with care.
Take from the hour whatever you came for. Some members are there for the stretch and the strength, some for the stillness, some for something more, and the room holds all of them without asking anyone to pick a side. What happens on your mat is yours.
Tell your teacher before class and you’ll be given the versions that work for your body. And because our teachers share a building with our physiotherapists, and talk to them, what happens on your mat can take your treatment into account. If something needs proper attention, a physio is down the hall, already easy to reach.
Some of it is the teaching: your teacher sees you, adjusts you, and notices when the pose that wouldn’t come in March arrives in May. Some of it is what surrounds the mat: yoga here lives on the same timetable as Reformer, Strength and Spin, so the hard days and the restorative days belong to one building and one membership, with a physio down the hall and an infrared sauna for the slow afternoons.
And some of it is the room. You’ll be greeted by name, missed when you skip a fortnight, and quietly proud of things you couldn’t do a season ago. That part doesn’t make the timetable, but it’s why people keep showing up to it.
Some days you sweat. Some days you sink. Both count.
We built the Intro Pass the way we’d want to be welcomed ourselves. Five classes in 14 days for $60, across everything on the studio timetable: Yoga, Reformer Pilates, Strength, Spin, Boxing. Plus two infrared sauna sessions, because recovery is part of training and we’d like you to feel that from your first week.
It’s deliberately more than a yoga trial. Try Flow and Yin both, or pair Yin with the strength work it was made to balance. Either way, you’ll know, and you’ll have been properly looked after while finding out.
New members only. Studio classes; physio-led classes like Clinical and Prenatal Pilates run separately.

Frazzled, stiff, training hard, or just curious. There’s a class on the timetable that fits the week you’re actually having, and a teacher who’ll know it’s your first one. If you’re not sure whether to start with Flow or Yin, call us, tell us about your week, and we’ll pick your first class together. Classes run at Yarraville in the inner west and Hampton East in the bayside south east.
