Strength, Conditioning & STRONGER
Strong feels Good.
Strength and conditioning is one of the most powerful tools we have for healthy ageing and long-term wellbeing. It’s clinically proven to improve bone density, joint stability, muscle mass, and metabolic health—supporting your body to stay active, capable, and pain-free for years to come.
At All for One, we combine expert instruction with a supportive, inclusive environment to help you build functional strength and lasting resilience—no matter your age or stage.
Train with purpose. Move for life.
Functional strength for real life
Our Strength classes are all about building strong, capable bodies using tools like kettlebells, weights, resistance bands and bodyweight exercises. Across 45 minutes, you’ll improve posture, joint support, and muscular endurance through purposeful movement.
You’ll be guided by experienced instructors who are focused on form, safety, and helping you progress—whether you’re starting from scratch or returning to training after time away.
Energy, stamina, and movement that feels good
Conditioning blends strength and cardio into a high-energy, full-body session. These 45-minute classes are designed to support heart health, endurance, and metabolic fitness—all in a way that feels sustainable and empowering.
Every session is varied and adaptable, making it ideal for any fitness level. You’ll move with purpose, leave with energy, and build a body that keeps up with your life.
Lift heavier. Train smarter. Stay stronger for longer.
STRONGER is for those ready to take strength training to the next level. This progressive class focuses on heavy, compound lifts—like squats, deadlifts, and presses—performed with lower reps and longer rest periods to maximise strength gains.
Unlike circuit-style strength training, STRONGER gives you time to refine your form, build resilience, and lift with intent. You’ll be coached through every movement in a supportive, expert-led environment.
Perfect for:
Anyone wanting to lift heavier with proper technique
Members focused on strength longevity and bone health
Those ready to move beyond general strength work and into targeted progression
This isn’t just about physical strength. It’s about building trust in your body—and a community that supports your goals.
Expert Guidance
Our classes are led by highly trained instructors who focus on safe, effective movement. You’ll be supported with real-time coaching to ensure proper form and lasting results—no guesswork, just progress.
Small Group Focus
We keep class sizes intentionally small so you feel seen and supported. It’s personal training energy in a community setting, where every movement matters and every client counts.
Varied, Purposeful Workouts
No two sessions are the same. We use a mix of strength and conditioning formats to challenge different muscle groups, support mobility, and keep your training fresh and effective.
Inclusive for All Levels
Whether you’re just getting started, returning from injury, or levelling up your training, our instructors tailor sessions to meet you where you’re at. You’ll feel safe, capable, and part of something bigger.
Join a space where movement is guided by purpose, backed by expertise, and fuelled by community.
Whether you’re rebuilding strength, building confidence, or simply looking to feel good in your body again—we’re here to support you every step of the way.
Your next chapter starts here. Let’s move together.

Allison’s path to physiotherapy isn’t the usual one. She studied Kinesiology and Exercise Science in the US, trained alongside world-renowned physical therapists in New York City, then moved to Australia and completed her Doctor of Physiotherapy at the University of Melbourne. That combination of international training and deep clinical experience gives her a perspective most physios simply don’t have.
She has three specialist areas that set her apart. If you’re a runner dealing with an injury, trying to get back to running, or wanting to run stronger — Allison gets it from the inside. She’s a passionate runner herself and has completed advanced education in running injury prevention, rehab, and retraining. If you’re dealing with jaw pain, clicking, locking, or headaches related to your TMJ — Allison has completed advanced training in TMJ assessment and treatment and can get to the bottom of it. And if you’re going through menopause and want tailored exercise to manage symptoms and build strength — she has specific expertise in that too.
Beyond her specialist areas, Allison treats the full range of musculoskeletal conditions — neck and back pain, shoulder injuries, joint stiffness, sports injuries — with the same thoroughness and attention to the bigger picture.
In your first session, Allison will take the time to understand not just the sore spot but how you move, how you live, and what’s getting in the way. She’ll explain what she finds in plain language and build a plan with you that fits into your actual week — not a handout you’ll forget about by Thursday.
Allison commonly helps with: running injuries and performance, jaw pain and TMJ dysfunction, neck and back pain, joint pain and stiffness, sports injuries and rehabilitation, menopause-related strength and symptom management, and Clinical Pilates.
If you’ve been pushing through something hoping it’ll settle down on its own — it’s worth getting it looked at properly. These things almost always respond better the earlier you get onto them.
Jackson came to personal training through his own journey from being twenty five kilograms overweight with recurring hip and back pain. Through resistance training he found an avenue to explore and correct his postural issues while building muscle and reducing body fat.
As a result of his own path, he’s gained a passion for promoting functional movements, posture assessment and correction and simply helping clients move as freely as possible during their everyday lives.
Jackson’s training style is that of a teacher and guide. He likes to combine an up beat, positive and intense workout with a strong focus on maintaining correct posture through a session.
Nat brings over six years of experience as a personal trainer and fitness coach, guiding people of all ages and abilities through strength, conditioning and boxing. Her goal? To help you build a sustainable relationship with movement—one that challenges you, lifts you up, and actually feels good.
Boxing is at the heart of Nat’s approach. It’s not just about physical strength (though you’ll build plenty of that). It’s about resilience, confidence and mental clarity—tools that carry far beyond the studio.
Nat is also a Victorian Elite Amateur Boxer who trains and competes regularly, proudly representing Reffos Fight Gym. Her real-world experience in the ring shows up in her coaching style: grounded, empowering and fiercely supportive. Whether you’re here to throw your first punch or push your limits, Nat will meet you exactly where you are.
