Reformer Pilates
Getting strong here feels like being looked after.
That’s the whole idea, really. Small reformer classes from true beginner to advanced, taught by career Pilates teachers and qualified physiotherapists. A room where your teacher knows your name, your goals and the shoulder you’re careful with, and where the person on the next machine once walked in just as unsure as you. Built by physios. Run like family.

Most weeks don’t look the same, and neither should the timetable you choose from. Beginners classes, where the springs, the straps and the pace get explained properly and nothing is assumed. All-levels classes, where every exercise comes with options, so the whole room works at their own level without anyone being stretched thin or left coasting. And Advanced classes for the days you want more, there whenever you want them, never a test you have to pass.
Wherever you’re starting from, and whatever week you’re having, there’s a class that fits it. The timetable bends to you, not the other way around.
Yes, and you don’t have to take our word for it: the Beginners classes exist so that nobody has to be ready before they arrive. Everything is explained before you’re asked to do it, your teacher sets your machine up for you, and the pace is yours. We’ll meet you where you are. That’s not a slogan here; it’s the job.
Our reformer rooms hold uni students, tradies, new mums, marathoners and members in their seventies, usually in the same class, on different springs. To us you’re a member from your very first class: the front desk will greet you by name, and your teacher will already know your story. And when something you couldn’t do a month ago suddenly works, you won’t be the only one who’s pleased about it. Your teacher’s been watching it build.
Tell us, and we’ll look after it properly. A niggle, and your teacher adapts your class on the spot. A real history, an injury, a birth, years away, and Clinical Pilates is the better front door: a physiotherapist builds your program before you join a room. Not sure which you need? Call us and we’ll tell you straight, because we’d rather get it right for you than simply get you in the door.

Plenty of people try reformer. What we’re proudest of is how many stay.
“Warm, friendly, welcoming place that mixes the best science, with the best team, and prioritises the ‘right’ things in health and fitness. I’ve been a member for over a year and wouldn’t go anywhere else!”

Some of it is how you’re taught. Your teacher learns how your body moves, remembers what you’re working on, and notices your progress before you do. Our teachers are career Pilates professionals and qualified physiotherapists on the same timetable, because this studio was built by physios, and it shows in how carefully people here are taught to move.
Some of it is what surrounds the class. A physio down the hall who can look at a niggle before it becomes a story. Remedial massage for the big weeks. An infrared sauna for the day after the day after. When the people running your workout and the people looking after your body share a hallway, nothing about you falls through the gaps.
And some of it is the part we’re proudest of and least able to put in a sentence: you’re not a face in a class here, you’re one of ours. The name isn’t decoration. All for One is how the place runs, everyone in your corner, from the front desk to the physios to the person on the next reformer who learns your name before you’ve learned theirs.

We built the Intro Pass the way we’d want to be welcomed ourselves. Five classes in 14 days for $60, across everything on the studio timetable: Reformer Pilates, Yoga, Spin, Strength and Conditioning, Boxing. Plus two infrared sauna sessions, because recovery is part of training and we’d like you to feel that from your first week.
It’s deliberately more than a reformer trial. We’d rather you find what your body loves than sell you one machine. Most people land on reformer plus something they didn’t expect. Some fall for the thing they didn’t expect entirely. Either way, you’ll know, and you’ll have been properly looked after while finding out.
Reformer is the workout: taught to the room at your chosen level, brilliant when your body is ready for it.
Clinical is individualised: a physiotherapist assesses you one-on-one and builds a program for your body and history, in classes capped at four.
We run both, and we’re not precious about which one you’re in. What we care about is that you’re in the right class for your body and your long-term success.
“I’ve been going to All for One for over a year and it is the first time in my life I have enjoyed going to the gym regularly. It’s a lovely, light space; the instructors are great and the range and quantity of classes means I can find something to go to nearly every day.”

Not physically. That part adjusts to you. It’s the booking, the walking in, the being new somewhere. So we’ve made that part gentle: your machine will be set up when you arrive, your teacher will already know it’s your first class, and the front desk will be expecting you. By your second class, you won’t be new anymore. You’ll just be one of us, which was the plan all along.
Classes run at Yarraville in the inner west and Hampton East in the bayside south east. In the inner north west? Our Kensington clinic runs physio-led Clinical Pilates instead.

Reformer at All for One is calm, focused, and quietly powerful. You’ll walk into a light-filled studio, settle onto your machine, and be guided through a series of movements designed to challenge and restore—often at the same time.
We move with intention here. You’ll feel your deep core working, your posture shifting, your breath syncing with each rep. There’s no pressure to perform—just expert support, individual attention, and a space where you can tune in, switch off, and get stronger in a way that lasts.
This is your time to move with clarity, strength, and care—and to walk out feeling taller, steadier, and more connected to your body.

Allison’s path to physiotherapy isn’t the usual one. She studied Kinesiology and Exercise Science in the US, trained alongside world-renowned physical therapists in New York City, then moved to Australia and completed her Doctor of Physiotherapy at the University of Melbourne. That combination of international training and deep clinical experience gives her a perspective most physios simply don’t have.
She has three specialist areas that set her apart. If you’re a runner dealing with an injury, trying to get back to running, or wanting to run stronger — Allison gets it from the inside. She’s a passionate runner herself and has completed advanced education in running injury prevention, rehab, and retraining. If you’re dealing with jaw pain, clicking, locking, or headaches related to your TMJ — Allison has completed advanced training in TMJ assessment and treatment and can get to the bottom of it. And if you’re going through menopause and want tailored exercise to manage symptoms and build strength — she has specific expertise in that too.
Beyond her specialist areas, Allison treats the full range of musculoskeletal conditions — neck and back pain, shoulder injuries, joint stiffness, sports injuries — with the same thoroughness and attention to the bigger picture.
In your first session, Allison will take the time to understand not just the sore spot but how you move, how you live, and what’s getting in the way. She’ll explain what she finds in plain language and build a plan with you that fits into your actual week — not a handout you’ll forget about by Thursday.
Allison commonly helps with: running injuries and performance, jaw pain and TMJ dysfunction, neck and back pain, joint pain and stiffness, sports injuries and rehabilitation, menopause-related strength and symptom management, and Clinical Pilates.
If you’ve been pushing through something hoping it’ll settle down on its own — it’s worth getting it looked at properly. These things almost always respond better the earlier you get onto them.

There are some things you don’t bring up at brunch. Leaking when you laugh. A heaviness that doesn’t feel right. Pain during intimacy you’ve never told anyone about. Pelvic pain you’ve been told is “just part of having a baby.” These are the things Emily helps with every single day — and nothing you say will surprise her.
Emily specialises in Women’s Health and Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy. She’s completed postgraduate studies in the field and trained alongside some of Australia’s leading pelvic health experts. Before women’s health, she cut her teeth in elite sport — working in the medical department at Carlton Football Club (AFL) — and she brings that same clinical precision to every appointment.
A lot of women wait months — sometimes years — before seeing someone about pelvic health, because they’re embarrassed, or because they’ve been told it’s normal. It’s not something you have to just live with. And in Emily’s room, nothing is awkward. You can ask the questions you’ve been sitting on, and they’ll be taken seriously.
In your first appointment, Emily will listen properly, explain what’s going on in plain English, and work with you on a plan that makes sense for your body and your stage of life. Whether that’s preparing for birth, recovering from a C-section, rebuilding your pelvic floor, returning to running, or treating pain that’s been holding you back — the focus is always on getting you to where you want to be.
Emily commonly helps with: pelvic floor dysfunction (incontinence, prolapse, pelvic pain), prenatal and postnatal care, birth preparation, C-section recovery and abdominal rehabilitation, return-to-exercise assessments, pain during intimacy, general neck and back pain, and Clinical Pilates.
If you’ve been putting up with something because you weren’t sure it was “bad enough” to see someone about — it is. The earlier you address it, the simpler it usually is to treat.

Most physios focus on either general musculoskeletal pain or women’s health. Phoebe does both — which means she can treat your sore back and your pelvic floor in the same appointment, and see how one might be connected to the other. It’s a fuller picture, and it often makes a real difference to how quickly things improve.
On the musculoskeletal side, Phoebe treats neck and back pain, shoulder and knee injuries, headaches, and persistent muscle tension. She’s trained in dry needling for stubborn trigger points and pain that isn’t responding to other approaches. On the women’s health side, she works with pelvic floor conditions (incontinence, prolapse, pelvic pain, constipation), pregnancy and post-natal care, and integrates Clinical Pilates into rehab for strength and recovery.
Phoebe is especially passionate about pelvic floor education — helping people understand and connect with a part of their body that’s rarely talked about but affects everything from continence to core strength to confidence. If you’re not sure whether your symptoms are “normal” or worth seeing someone about — Phoebe’s the person to ask.
In your first appointment, she’ll take the time to understand what’s going on — listen properly, explain things clearly, and build a plan with you that’s specific to your body and your goals. Whether that’s getting through pregnancy more comfortably, sorting out a pelvic floor issue, or just getting rid of the back pain that’s been ruining your mornings — the focus is always on what matters to you.
Phoebe commonly helps with: neck and back pain, shoulder and knee injuries, pelvic floor dysfunction (incontinence, prolapse, pelvic pain), pre- and post-natal physiotherapy, dry needling, and Clinical Pilates.
If something’s been bothering you and you haven’t gotten around to doing anything about it — it’s usually easier to sort out than you think, especially when you catch it early.

You’ve probably tried a few things already. Rested it, stretched it, maybe seen someone who had a quick look and sent you off with a sheet of exercises, and here you still are. That’s usually the point where people find Abi, and it’s exactly where she’s at her best.
Abi treats the full range of musculoskeletal conditions — the backs that keep flaring up, the necks that won’t loosen, the shoulders and hips and knees that have quietly started shrinking what you’re willing to do. She also has a soft spot for the things that tend to get dismissed: stubborn headaches, and jaw pain that’s been quietly making it harder to eat, sleep, or concentrate. She completed her Doctor of Physiotherapy at the University of Melbourne, and what really sets her apart is her patience, she’d rather understand the whole picture than treat where it hurts and hope.
In your first appointment, she’ll take the time to get to know not just the sore spot but you — how you move, what you’re trying to get back to, and what’s been getting in the way. She’ll explain what she finds in plain language, answer the questions you’ve been carrying around, and build a plan with you that actually fits your week. Clinical Pilates is part of how she works too, helping you build real strength and confidence so the progress you make actually lasts.
Abi commonly helps with: neck and back pain, shoulder, hip and knee pain, headaches, jaw pain and TMJ dysfunction, sports and overuse injuries, musculoskeletal rehabilitation, and clinical Pilates.
If you’ve been pushing through something hoping it’ll settle on its own, it’s worth getting it looked at properly. These things almost always respond better the earlier you get onto them — and there’s no need to keep just putting up with it.

Steph has packed a lot into nearly ten years of practice. Alongside her work in private practice here in Melbourne, she spent a season as the only physiotherapist at a busy ski resort in Japan, where the injuries came thick and fast and there was no one else to hand them to. That kind of experience makes a clinician calm, quick to work out what matters, and hard to surprise.
She treats the full range of musculoskeletal and sports injuries, from acute problems to the stubborn, long-running ones that other treatments haven’t touched. She completed her Doctor of Physiotherapy at the University of Melbourne, and she’s skilled across clinical Pilates, dry needling, and manual therapy, with a particular interest in how mobility and movement fit into getting you back to full strength.
In a session with Steph, you’ll get someone who wants the whole story, not just the sore spot. She’ll get a sense of how you move and what you’re trying to get back to, explain what she finds in language that makes sense, and put together a plan you can fit into a normal week. Clinical Pilates often becomes part of that, because getting out of pain and staying out of it are two different things.
Steph commonly helps with: neck and back pain, shoulder, hip and knee injuries, sports injuries and rehab, mobility and movement for performance, persistent pain, and clinical Pilates.
If something’s been bothering you for a while, it’s usually worth getting it seen. These things tend to be simpler to sort the earlier you get onto them.
If something’s been niggling for a while and you’ve been hoping it’ll fix itself, it’s usually worth getting it seen. The earlier you get onto these things, the easier they tend to be to sort out.

I first discovered Pilates whilst rehabilitating my lower back and pelvic floor injuries after giving birth to my son. I found that it not only helped my recovery with improving posture, post-partum and building muscle strength but also helped in my busy personal life working full time and being a mom.
Initially, I trained in both Mat and Reformer Pilates with Breathe Education in 2017 then I started working with group classes, one-to-one sessions, and also teaching Pilates for teens. I am also expanding my knowledge to yin yoga, rebirthing breathwork and Zen meditation.
You might expect a challenging class with me in a different way. I love to help my clients realise their fitness objectives, correcting posture and balancing the mind and body, and nothing makes me happier than to see my clients grow and become more confident in their movement and in themselve.

I was first introduced to Pilates at 13 years old as a way to support my training as a dancer. While studying at the New Zealand School of Dance my passion for Pilates as an enjoyable form of cross training grew, and over the last 6 years of my career as a contemporary dance artist, I have continued to learn and evolve in my personal Pilates practice. In 2021 I decided I wanted to share my passion for movement and began my Reformer teacher training with Polestar Pilates, becoming certified in early 2022. I have found incredible enjoyment and fulfilment in being apart of so many clients Pilates, fitness and exercise journeys, I think it is truly a privilege. I love whenI get to see my clients progress sometimes from complete newbies to then becoming confident movers, it’s a beautiful thing! Pilates for me is a healing and somatic experience so I like to put an emphasis in all my classes on listening to your body, breathing through movement and completing those movements with good form. I believe that when your foundations are strong the harder, more exciting “instagramable” exercises will follow naturally. I aim for everyone in my classes, no matter their fitness level to have a fun, light-hearted experience one that is both physically challenging and mentally stimulating.

Ann’s classes blend classical Pilates foundations with her own creative flair, offering a movement experience that’s equal parts empowering and grounding. With a strong focus on breath, control and flow, she invites you to reconnect with your body, move with intention, and build strength in a way that feels right for you.
In Ann’s studio, there’s no pressure to perform—just space to explore. Whether you’re here to challenge yourself or take a gentler path, her classes are a reminder that progress isn’t linear, and rest is always welcome. Each session finishes with a mindful stretch to leave you feeling balanced, calm, and a little more at home in your body.

With a background in the military and a lifelong love of movement, Khat brings a unique balance of strength and calm to every class she leads. Now studying Exercise Science and certified in Mat and Reformer Pilates through Breathe Education, she’s passionate about helping people feel confident, capable and at home in their bodies—no matter their starting point.
Khat’s own Pilates journey began through rehab after a career-ending injury. What started as recovery quickly became a daily ritual and a whole new way of moving. That lived experience shapes the way she teaches: with empathy, encouragement and a focus on progress over perfection.
In Khat’s classes, you’ll find a space to move without judgement, explore your limits, and build strength from the inside out. Her favourite move? The Teaser—for its mix of control, challenge and a little bit of fun.
