Physio-led classes

When there is something to work around.

Run by physiotherapists, in small groups, for the times when your body needs someone watching it properly. Pregnancy, the year after a baby, an injury you are still nursing, or the shift that comes with menopause. Clinical Pilates can attract a private health rebate, claimed on the spot with HICAPS.

Before your first one

The things people ask us.

I have never done Pilates before.

Almost everyone in the room was new to it once. Tell the instructor when you arrive and they will give you the version of each exercise that suits you.

I am coming back from an injury.

Start with Clinical Pilates or a physiotherapy appointment. We would rather understand what happened before we load it.
