Physiotherapy, women’s health and Clinical Pilates on Level 1 at KCARC.
★★★★★ Rated 4.9 across 260+ Google reviews

Treatment rooms, a rehab gym and Clinical Pilates equipment share one floor, so the hands-on work and the exercise that makes it stick happen in the same place.

The physio who assesses you is the physio who programs your rehab and sees you through it. You are not handed around.

Appointments into the evening on weeknights and on Saturday mornings, inside KCARC on Altona Street. Coming in fits around life, not instead of it.
Serving Kensington, Flemington, North Melbourne, Ascot Vale, Moonee Ponds, Parkville and West Melbourne from Altona Street.

Physios, postgraduate-trained women’s health physios, massage therapists and the teachers members plan their weeks around, serving the inner west since 2018. Whatever you bring in, someone here has looked after it many times before.

Yes. Clinical Pilates here is programmed by a physiotherapist and run in small groups, so it follows on from your assessment rather than sitting beside it.
