We offer both AM morning classes for the early-birds as well as evening classes. Our classes run for 45 minutes and with an awesome selection of sound tracks and ongoing encouragement in a team environment you will get through it with a smile on your face. We provide complimentary towels for each cyclist and have showers available with products supplied.

Realizing that fitness was becoming a massive part of her life after her knee healed and overcoming her fear of getting back into dance classes, she decided to get her PT qualification.
Outside of the studio, she’s a horror film and musical theatre enthusiast who enjoys cold winter nights and great Melbourne coffee.
Jackson came to personal training through his own journey from being twenty five kilograms overweight with recurring hip and back pain. Through resistance training he found an avenue to explore and correct his postural issues while building muscle and reducing body fat.
As a result of his own path, he’s gained a passion for promoting functional movements, posture assessment and correction and simply helping clients move as freely as possible during their everyday lives.
Jackson’s training style is that of a teacher and guide. He likes to combine an up beat, positive and intense workout with a strong focus on maintaining correct posture through a session.
My name is Mieke (Mee-Kah) and I’ll be floating around the studio, training beside you, and taking a heap of circuit classes!
A little about me:
I was born in England, raised in New Zealand (I’ll be avoiding saying certain words like the number ‘six’ lol). I moved to Melbourne solo in Jan 2015 straight out of high school, I don’t know why I chose Melbourne but it’s worked out thankfully! Three days after I moved I started my Cert 3 + 4 in Fitness at the Australian Fitness Academy and have been coaching kids sports and working outdoors, at gyms, and in the industry ever since.
I have lived and worked almost all over Melbourne – but am now living twenty-one mins from the studio in the West (I time things to the minute – you won’t get out of those last few seconds of burpees don’t worry)!
I’m super excited to be smashing out some goals with you – first lockdown I put on just over 11kgs *facepalm*, and had my fair share of injuries so my main goal this year will be trying to get the last few kgs off and be injury-free, though I’m also pretty eager to get back into running and get a few unassisted pull ups in too!
