Meditation & Mindfulness
During this state, we are acknowledging and accepting of our feelings, thoughts, and sensations.
In this modern day, the inevitable stress from the chaos of life has meant we are in even greater need than ever to recognise when to slow down, breath and get in touch with our mind and body. At All for One we strongly believe in the benefits Meditation and Mindfulness can bring to every facet of our lives. Our meditation teachers provided guided meditation classes offering simple techniques in an accessible manner. Even if you think you can’t meditate, we have teachers who will prove you delightfully wrong. Our meditation classes are suitable for all, not matter how much or how little experience you have had you will leave feeling lighter, calmer and more in control.
We offer both 30 minute or 60 minute guided meditation which also involve mindfulness teaching. We design classes that enable our students to implement practical mindfulness strategies outside in the real world by using evidence based techniques. This will help you create a sense of calmness, confidence, compassion and inner peace in your life.
We have no specific dress code, however we suggest wearing something you feel comfortable to sit in whether jeans or workout clothes. Since we ask you to remove your shoes at the door, bring your favorite cozy socks or feel free to go barefoot. Suits or skirts are also welcome.
All for One exists to make meditation accessible to everyone. With that in mind we provide two types of cushions (for extra back support) for you to choose from. You can even lay down wrapped in a warm blankie if you choose too! If you are concerned about being comfortable during the session, please call us at 8319 9945 to discuss further options.
If you would like to bring more peace of mind, clarity and peace to your life as well as improving work performance and sleep then Meditation and Mindfulness is for you. Our Yarraville Meditation centre includes private parking.

Nicole loves feeling her body in its truest state. It wasn’t until she found yoga that she started to explore honesty in her body and her practice.
Nicole has always been keen on keeping a healthy lifestyle and finds enjoyment in expanding my knowledge on yoga, food as medicine, emotional well-being and the subtle body. She is passionate about honest connection and values a gentle touch when it comes to exploring our authentic selves.
Nicole’s personal journey of movement and meditation has lead her to teach with a passion for inclusiveness and empathy. She is interested in how your practice feels rather than how it looks. It is her goal to offer something for everyone, irrespective of experience or motivation for practicing. For this reason she plan’s her classes with a great deal of sensitivity ensuring that options are given at every level with consideration for emotional and physical well-being. In Nicole’s classes you can expect to be supported through your practice with guidance and direction all without letting go of the wheel.
Stephanie Pirotta is a fully qualified accredited practising dietitian and nutritionist who takes a holistic but evidence-based approach to nutrition. Her passion is to help others improve their overall health through food, movement and improved self-awareness.
Steph has an interest in weight management, preconception, pregnancy, polycystic ovary syndrome, irritable bowel, allergies, diabetes, cardiovascular disease and sports nutrition and is currently completing training for eating disorder management.
Being a dietitian means she has deep understanding of nutrition knowledge and has completed medical nutrition training. This gives her the skills to provide evidence-based nutrition prescription for a range of medical conditions and be able to understand how this interacts with medical therapy. A nutritionist does not have this medical training and does not need to have completed tertiary education to be registered.
After growing up in a Mediterranean family household where food and cooking was always a big part of her life Steph studied a Food Science and Nutrition Undergraduate (with Honours) and then went on to complete a Masters of Dietetics. Steph has a lot of experience in working within a private practice setting as well as research. She is currently completing a PhD at Monash University/Monash Medical Centre focusing on the management of polycystic ovary syndrome, with a side focus on disordered eating.
She rides her bike every day, loves to relax through yoga and Pilates and is always up for cooking and experimenting with new foods! Steph is very excited to be part of the All For One team and looks forward to meeting you!
