Meditation & Mindfulness
To a mind that is still the whole universe surrenders.
Our meditation classes enable our students to implement practical mindfulness strategies outside in the real world by using evidence based techniques. This will help you create a sense of calmness, confidence, compassion and inner peace in your life.
We have no specific dress code, however we suggest wearing something you feel comfortable to sit in whether jeans or workout clothes. Since we ask you to remove your shoes at the door, bring your favorite cozy socks or feel free to go barefoot. Suits or skirts are also welcome.
All for One exists to make meditation accessible to everyone. With that in mind we provide two types of cushions (for extra back support) for you to choose from. You can even lay down wrapped in a warm blankie if you choose too! If you are concerned about being comfortable during the session, please call us at 8319 9945 to discuss further options.
If you would like to bring more peace of mind, clarity and peace to your life as well as improving work performance and sleep then Meditation and Mindfulness is for you.

Julia began practising yoga as an aid for reducing stress and anxiety. Through these explorations, she felt compelled to delve deeper; to find more of the equilibrated state of being she experienced, by inviting yogic practises and teachings into her daily life. Yoga had greatly supported Julia throughout her pregnancy, and this, along with her experience as a school teacher, energises a particular passion for holding space and educating pregnant women on the benefits of yoga, empowering them to trust their bodies and innate capabilities.
The power of a supportive community is at the core of Julia’s beliefs, particularly as an educator. She encourages collaboration, co-learning and the building of strong interpersonal connections in serving both individual and collective wellbeing.
Julia’s training and qualifications includes: 450hrs Yoga Teacher (350hr Advanced Diploma Yoga Teacher; 50hr Yin Yoga Teacher; and 50hr Pre and Postnatal Yoga Teacher); Reiki Practitioner (Levels 1, 2, 3A); Bachelor of Adult Learning and Development, and a Master of Education.
