## **What to expect in your first class**

**Before you arrive**  
 You’ll complete a short intake form. If you’re starting with Clinical Pilates, you’ll have a one-on-one assessment first.

**During class**  
 Your instructor will guide you through foundational movements on a Reformer or mat. Every exercise can be modified. If something doesn’t feel right, we’ll adjust it.

**What to bring**  
 Comfortable, fitted clothing. Grip socks are available at the studio.

**How often to start**  
 Most beginners come 1–2 times per week and build gradually.

**After class**  
 You might feel muscles you didn’t know you had. That’s normal. Pilates works deeply. Mild soreness the next day is common as your body adapts. You shouldn’t feel pain.
